How Does It Work?
Each bar or restaurant is listed alphabetically in the book and the name is visible on the side of the page. It gives patrons an easy way to find the establishment in the book. Once on a page, the consumer presents the book to staff, to date the “Passport” in the date box provided and give them the deal. It’s that simple! With different offers available for each establishment, it encourages repeat visits since the book can only be used once per day, per book, per person.
Waukesha County Cocktails passport is good all year long and brings in new faces to fill your booths and barstools from January 1st until New Years!
How much does it cost to have an advertisement in the book?
Each partnership fee is $400 (per edition). This fee includes:
- Half page full color ad feature 2 or 3 BOGO drink deals. An optional 3rd deal can be changed to a food offer.
- 25 books free that retail for $20 (25 X $20 = $500) that you can choose to sell to recoup the cost or give away. Sell them all and you have $100 extra…about $5 per book profit that’s ideal to give to any staff member that sells one.

What is an “Exclusive Scavenger Hunt” feature?
An exclusive scavenger hunt feature highlights a photo of something unique to your establishment for patrons to search for when visiting your venue. Patrons who find the correct item from the scavenger hunt photo have a staff member initialed the page. Once the book expires, people with these scavenger hunt photos initialed exchange them for raffle tickets at Waukesha County Cocktails launch parties which enters them for prizes and gift certificates. Looking for the hidden item increases the time and fun the “Book Club Members” have when they visit each bar…which is more fun and profits for the bars! Cost for an Exclusive Scavenger Hunt Feature is…FREE and included when you participate!
